I've lived here for 1yr and 2mos I love the location always something to do, 1 1/2 blocks from Beal st., wonderful sunsets from tom lee park, aldo's pizza on the corner and much much more.

Lived here for almost a year while in Memphis. Great value for the location downtown, and close to alot of great places. The leasing office folks are awesome! Happy to fix any issues you have including maintenance, billing, etc. The unit was updated and clean, nothing super fancy but certainly did the job for me. I never felt unsafe or threatened while living here as well. Overall, a great place and probably the best bang for your buck compared to other apartments in the area.
